Today, a conversation with filmmaker Simon van der Zande from Belgium on his film Thank you for your Patience, which is selected for the SHIFT Short Film Competition during SHIFT Film Forum 2023. The short film is from a fixed point of view. We witness a tense bus ride in Brussels, when Samuel – a Congolese immigrant – gets on to voice his discontent with Europe.
