Submit your feature or documentary project, take part in FilMatch at the Crossborder Film Conference, network and make a next step in the development of your project! This event takes place at Lumière Cinema in Maastricht (the Netherlands) on Friday, March 15, 2024, from 10:30 AM (doors open at 10:15 AM) to 5:00 PM (CET).
Are you developing a feature or documentary project, searching for a (co)producer? During the Crossborder Film Conference you can take part in the FilMatch - a matchmaking session for producers to meet potential co-producers to further develop the projects. For one hour, you will have 10-minute meetings with producers from Euregion: the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium & Luxembourg.
The FilMatch is co-hosted by the Creative Europe Desks in the Euregion: Netherlands, NRW (Germany), Belgium & Luxembourg.
The FilMatch is open for submission for filmmakers from the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Send us your submission for the FilMatch via the button below. Deadline: February 6, 23.59 pm. A maximum of 5 projects from four countries will be selected (Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg). You project file should not exceed 5mb (you can make them smaller via several free online tools).

There is no entry fee for applications.
One representative per project will be invited and provided with travel expenses & lunch.
- the participants need to be working on a feature-length fiction or documentary film with international market potential (for theatrical release, TV or VOD-release);
project suitable for international co-production and looking for co-producers;
treatment of the project is available;
ideally, a local production support or development funding must be secured;
budget up to 2,5 million Euro;
the project is the first, second or third feature film for the director;
the project must be submitted by a producer.
Submit your project
Apply via the button below and deliver all the requested materials in English in one single PDF of max. 9 pages (incl. cover page) and max. 5mb. If the materials are bigger than asked for, the project will not be taken into consideration.
- Title, tagline, logline, synopsis, genre, format (fiction, documentary), duration of the project; (max. 2 pages);
- Financial plan and secured financing (max. 2 pages);
- Director's & producer’s statements (max. 2 pages);
- Producer’s & director’s biography and filmography. Director’s previous work (a screener).
FilMatch session will be held in English.
