Pitch Forum

For the fourth year in a row, Screen Talent Europe (STE) in collaboration with Mediefabrikken and The Norwegian Short Film Festival invite emerging producers, directors and screenwriters from Europe to present their new short film projects at the festival in Grimstad. The Pitching Forum takes place on June 12th–14th.

Participate

To participate you must apply through one of Screen Talent Europe’s partners. In the Netherlands this is CineSud.* It is free to participate and the costs of transportation and accommodation (3 nights) will be covered by CineSud and the STE-network.

* to apply you must be a member of the CineSud PRO-network.

The pitch

10 participants will be chosen to participate in the Pitching Forum. In a 5-minute pitch, each participant will present their project to an external jury in front of an audience of potential co-producers, financiers and filmmakers attending the festival.

The winning project will receive a production grant of €4.000.

Application terms

• Producers, directors and screenwriters must have previously produced at least 2 films (short fiction or documentary).
• You must apply with a project in development (fiction or documentary), with a maximum length of 30 min.
